REDSHIFT est une installation interactive inspirée de la lumière distante du cosmos qui rougit dans la distance. Elle matérialise le temps qui presse, illustré par l’oscillation des ondes en constante mutation. L’expérience de l’installation, immersive et intense, est ouverte aux interprétations. Elle évoque le rythme effréné de l’existence humaine, dans un contexte de perpétuel changement. Ses sonorités, allant d’un calme captivant à l’intense et l’anxiogène, se veulent un thrène (lamentation funèbre) d’une époque plus paisible qui en présence d’individus devient affolant, chacun portant sur ses épaules le poids des anxiétés sociales contemporaines.

REDSHIFT is an interactive installation inspired by the distant light of the cosmos that reddens in the distance. It materializes time pressing on, illustrated by the oscillation of constantly changing waves. The experience of the installation, immersive and intense, is open to interpretation. It evokes the frantic pace of human existence, in a context of perpetual change. Its sounds, ranging from captivating calmness to anxiety-provoking intensity, are intended as a threnody (funeral lamentation) of a more peaceful era that in the presence of individuals becomes maddening, each carrying on his shoulders the weight of contemporary social anxieties.
