Nietzsche a dit : « Si tu plonges longtemps ton regard dans l’abîme, l’abîme te regarde aussi. » L’abyme représente le gouffre insondable des médias sociaux, un perpétuel déferlement visuel. Elle est à l’image de notre époque, saturée d’images mais incapable de leur donner sens. Lorsque vous vous approchez, l’installation capture votre apparence et l’intègre à ce flux insaisissable, alimentant l’algorithme. Brouillant la frontière entre le réel et le construit, L’abyme interroge notre rapport aux médias et l’impact insidieux qu’ils exercent sur notre pensée.

Nietzsche said: “If you gaze long into an abyss, the abyss also gazes into you.” L’abyme (The Abyss) is an endless void of social media images, gushing relentlessly. It mirrors our era, saturated with visuals but incapable of making sense of them. When you approach the installation, your appearance is captured and integrated into this elusive flow, feeding the algorithm. Blurring the boundary between the real and the constructed, L’abyme (The Abyss) questions our relationship with media and the insidious impact it has on our minds.
